This mid-century property was built in 1949 from a case study by Richard Neutra as a prototype for modern living. Over the years, this property has seen numerous remodels and multiple owners. This left the property a little disconnected both architecturally and visually. Since 2008, INTEXT has remodeled the house in phases, with the intention of returning it to its Neutra roots. We have embraced its use of natural materials as well as continuing its balance of metal, stone, wood and glass, while taking the house Technically into the next century.
